اَلْحَمْدُ ِلله ْحَمْدًا يُوَافِى نِعَمَهُ وَيُكَافِئُ مَزِيْدَهْ، يَارَبَّناَ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ، كَمَا يَنْبَغِى لِجَلاَلِ وَجْهِكَ وَعَظِيْمِ سُلْطَانِكْ. اَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ اِلَهَ اِلاَّ الله ُوَحْدَهُ لاَشَرِيْكَ لَهْ، وَاَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهْ. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِناَ مُحَمَّدٍ، خَاتَمِ اْلأَنْبِياَءِ وَالْمُرسَلِيْنْ، وَعَلَى اَلِهِ وَاَصْحَابِهِ اَجْمَعِيْن.
أَماَّ بَعْدُ، قَالَ الله ُتَعَالَى فِى كِتَابِهِ الْعَزِيْزِ "رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِى مُقِيْمَ الصَّلَوةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَتِى، رَبَّناَ وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآءْ".

My beloved brothers and sisters
Prophet Ibrahim ever prayed such as which written in Al-Qur’an surah Al-Ibrahim 40:
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِى مُقِيْمَ الصَّلَوةِ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَتِى، رَبَّناَ وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَآءْ
“O my Lord! Make me one who establishes regular prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring. O our Lord! And accept thou my prayer”.
Here is praying of prophet Ibrahim. For the reason of it, our children, young man and young woman and adolescent are earnest educated to keep the praying because praying is distinctive for Islam adolescent from non Islam adolescent and pioneers. They are also supposed to maintain Islamic religion according to ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama’ah. Therefore, so very important we will them up useful science for religion, world and hereafter. Syeikh Musthafa Al-Ghalayaini said:
إِنَّ فِى يَدِ الشُّباَّنِ اَمْرَ اْلاُمَّةْ، وَفِى اَقْدَامِهَا حَيَاتَهَا
Its meaning: actually the ethnic group destiny is at hand of young generation and life of them is at young generation foot (progress and the resignment of ethnic group is up to the young generation).
Young man problem is importance problem beginning from mature until transtition period. If they have the aim so their spirit is bubble over, easily influenced by surrounding environments that sometime disagree with Islamic religion guidance, even though also can fall to make crime or criminal. Therefore, the attention that we must emphasize is giving guidance and supervision eith increase construction for them moreover filling their transition period times with somethings which are positive matters and useful such as being said by moslem leader Asy-Syafi’i its meaning "for the sake of Allah, young man life should base on science and godfearing, when both aren’t found so their life are meaningless.
By seeing explanation that clearly young generation must be aimed in two matters:
1. Science including general science and religion one.
2. Pious to Allah that includes belief, religious service and noble character.
To overcome less laudable things, we must build and guide young man with noble education or behavior like physical education, craft and the others.
Dear brothers and sisters.
The education environment is three kinds:
1. Education in family
2. Formal education that is at school
3. Education in society
Happy audience
Education at the family environment is parents responsibility. They with affection also give advice and good example. Second education environment is education environment at school and that is know by the public. While third education environment is association at society moreover among young man group themselves that have very big influence. Therefore, they must be given a good instruction namely we fulfil them up with sport field or we fulfil them up with the essential things which don’t break tenet of religion like course, religious proselytizing and the others.
And as parent s, we must detect need and our child character. Furthermore we channelize them to useful things until not to fall in moral decadence. So good instruction or advice are needed very much so that they are like young man mentioned in surah Al-Kahfi: 13:
إِنَّهُمْ فِتْيَةٌ آمَنُوْا بِرَبِّهِمْ وَزِدْنَاهُمْ هُدًى
“They were youths who believed in teir Lord and we advanced them in guidance”
Even though Lukman also ever said to his sons that was explained in surah Lukman: 17-19.
يَابُنَيَّ أَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَانْهَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَاصْبِرْ عَلَى مَا أَصَابَكَ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ اْلأُمُوْرِ. وَلاَ تُصَغِّرْ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلاَ تَمْشِ فِى اْلأَرْضِ مَرَحًا إِنَّ اللهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُوْرٍ. وَاقْصُدْ فِي مَشْيِكَ وَاغْضُضْ مِنْ صَوْتِكَ إِنَّ أَنْكَرَ اْلأَصْوَاتِ لَصَوْتُ الْحَمِيْرِ
“O my son! Establish regular prayer, enjoy what is just and forbid ehat is wrong and bear with patient constancy whatever betide thee; for this is firmness of purpose in the conduct of affairs. And swell not the cheek (for pride) at men nor walk in insolence through the earth; for God loveth not any arrogant boaster. And be moderate in the pace and lower the voice; for the harshest of sound without doubt is the braying of the ass”.

Very clearly if young man in their daily take hold of importace rule in the middle of sosiety and nation generation like wise word said “boy today is future leader”
And I suggest and confirm once more to the rising generation, let’s key up to look for the science as material or capital at call appointes and performed as a leader.
